Our method of coaching integrates meditation, coaching, and energy healing to serve you in your process of revelation and goal setting. With this multidisciplinary approach, I facilitate higher awareness, insight, and calm. You will learn lifelong skills that help develop resilience and true strength. Meditation coaching is a spiritual practice. Where we are focusing on more than just the results, we are also practicing presence and receiving the benefit of simply paying attention without attachment. This unique approach to coaching is intended to raise your consciousness and awareness in addition to helping you find inspiration, courage, confidence, and answers to long-burning questions within yourself.
