A calm first step to explore alignment This consultation is a brief, intentional conversation for new clients who are interested in working together and would like to ensure alignment before beginning. During this time, we’ll explore what’s bringing you here, discuss your questions or intentions, and review how I work. This is a collaborative, consent-led space to clarify expectations and determine whether working together feels supportive and appropriate at this time. There is no pressure to commit to ongoing sessions, and no expectation to share more than feels comfortable. You remain fully in choice about next steps. If we decide to move forward, we can discuss what type of support may feel most aligned for you.
